Our current turnaround time is between 2-3 weeks from purchase.

Use the Quote/Order form above. We will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours with your quote or invoice. Once the invoice is paid your order will go into production. We will contact you again to set up a delivery or pick up date/time.

All invoices can be paid online with any major credit card or ACH debit. We offer a 3% discount on all of our products if paying by cash, check, or Zelle.

Rush orders are considered on a case-to-case basis depending on availability and will incur a 25% service fee. If you need a rush order please contact us with your inquiry.

We do not charge sales tax, we collect it and return it to the state. We are required by law to collect sales tax.
New York City residents pay a combined sales tax rate of 8.875%. This includes New York State (4%), New York City Local (4.5%), and a Metropolitan Commuter Transportation District surcharge (.375%). Delivery fees are also taxable by law. If you place an order for delivery outside of NYC, you will pay the appropriate sales tax rate based on your state and county.

Orders can be picked up at our workshop for no charge or delivered to an NYC address for a flat rate. We charge $50.00 for delivery to Brooklyn/Queens and $75.00 for Manhattan/The Bronx/Staten Island. We also deliver to Upstate NY and the Tri-State area for a flat fee determined by your county. At this time third party shipping is not available for any of our products.

Upon delivery you will be offered an inspection of all products and if anything is deemed unacceptable we will exchange or refund the item(s). We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges after you have accepted the order.
